The Purim party was extraordinary—beyond the ordinary! The happiness and joy that filled the room stayed with us for a long time. When the children share their experiences, their eyes shine. It was perfect!!!
Your giving heart is limitless. We always felt that we had someone to talk to, to pour out our hearts to, to seek advice and help. It’s hard to believe, but we were helped. We never agreed to accept help for the house; we always wanted to feel that we could manage on our own. But we tried to hold on until we fell… and you came with joy, making us feel that we were helping you, not the other way around.
Thanks to you, the house was clean, the clothes were put away in the closets. You made us happy with a huge gift that we never dreamed of receiving in such a perfect way! Thanks to you, Mishnahs were learned by heart, homework was completed, and they studied for tests—all as part of the gift you gave us. The whole family rejoiced with us!
I haven’t seen my husband so happy and content in a long time—you really moved us. The strength I gained during that retreat will stay with me for a long time. It was an uplifting, liberating, and empowering experience. You proved to me that I can dream and achieve, and that a wheelchair is not a barrier to success.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the immense kindness you have shown us! You cannot imagine the true lifesaving impact you’ve had on our family! 

About a year ago, during a Friday night dinner, my husband suddenly collapsed in front of our children. So unexpectedly, without any warning, we found him unconscious.
After undergoing tests, we learned that he had a large tumor in his brain. Since then, our lives have been turned upside down. He underwent brain surgery, followed by a long and difficult period of rehabilitation. Immediately after that, there were weeks of daily radiation treatments, which required constant trips to the hospital and leaving our children—who were already living with relatives. Now, he is undergoing chemotherapy. 

Our struggle, as well as that of our children, has been incredibly difficult. We are raising four young children who have witnessed everything—their father collapsing, the pain of his surgery, and the hardships of rehabilitation. Sadly, the surgery caused damage to his brain, and to this day, we endure tremendous suffering. 
Amid this turbulent sea, you brought us games, activities, and endless care and attention. 
You have given us the strength to continue facing these challenges! The joy you brought into our lives brightened our spirits and filled us with renewed energy. 

And all of this is thanks to you! Your generosity was extended in such a respectful and dignified way that we never felt like we were needy or being given charity. Your dedicated staff, always attentive and compassionate, exemplify the beauty of “Am Yisrael” (the people of Israel).

I received the email, and I was truly moved to know that there are such warm people in this world who care for those who have been given such a difficult challenge from above.

It’s hard for me to believe that it has already been 9 months since my son was diagnosed with the illness. Throughout this time, we have been constantly surrounded by so much warmth and love, which helps us forget, even just a little, about the medical issues and everything around them.

By the way, we recently bought an old car (2006), just so we could have a way to get around during the treatments instead of relying on rides.

Once again, I must say how deeply moved I am by the incredible help we’ve received. There’s no doubt that it plays a significant role in the progress of the treatment.
